Refund policy

Our Commitment We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration.

Non-Returnable Items The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital products
  • Final sale or clearly marked clearance items
  • Items damaged through misuse, improper care, or accidental damage by the customer

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at contact@totalwill.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason
  3. We will reply within 2 business days with return instructions and our return address
  4. Do not send items back before receiving our confirmation — unrequested returns cannot be processed

Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at contact@totalwill.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Australian Consumer Law Our returns policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits or excludes rights that cannot be excluded by law.
