Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Products marked as final sale
- Items damaged through misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@totalwill.com with photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
If your return is rejected because it does not meet the eligibility requirements, the item may be returned to you at your expense.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process once delivered.
Australian Shipping Only
TotalWill currently ships and accepts orders only within Australia.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
